Appointments & Punctuality

• Arrive on time. More than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, shortened service or required deposit for rescheduling.
• Walk-ins accepted depending on availability.

Cancellations

• Must be made at least 24h in advance.
• Persistent late cancellations or no-shows may require deposits for future bookings.

Satisffaction

• If you are unhappy, report the issue before leaving the salon so corrections can be made.

WARRANTY

Gel/Acrylic services include a 7-day technical warranty.
Not covered: accidents, misuse, chemicals, lack of aftercare.
