We kindly ask clients to arrive on time to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation, depending on availability.
A deposit may be required for rescheduled appointments.
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please inform our team before leaving the salon, so we can address the matter promptly.
In accordance with Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei nº 24/2014), personal services already performed are non-refundable.
If an issue is caused by NACO, we will provide an appropriate correction or compensation, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
