1. VALIDITY & USAGE

  • Memberships are valid only for the duration specified (6, 12, or 15 months) from the date of activation. 

  • Prepaid value, credits, and bonuses must be used within the membership period. Unused amounts are non-refundable. 

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. 

 

2. CASHBACK & POINTS

  • Cashback points are earned based on actual spend (after discounts). 

  • Conversion rate: 1€ = 1 point. Points redeemable as vouchers depending on tier (e.g., 100 pts = 7€, 10€, or 12€ depending on membership level).

  • Points are valid for 12 months. Expired points cannot be reinstated. 

  • Boosted points (for spending above package value) apply only if payment is completed in-store or via official NACO channels. 

 

3. VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers may be redeemed for services, retail products, or membership upgrades. 

  • Only one voucher per transaction may be used. 

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  • Gift vouchers for friends are valid only once per new client and cannot be resold. 

 

4. GUARANTEE BY MEMBERSHIP

  • CLASSIC MembersAll Gel / Acrylic services include a 7-day guarantee.

  • PREMIUM & DELUXE MembersAll gel colour services include a 7-day guarantee covering colour durability and overall quality.

  • VIP MembersAll gel colour services include an All-Year Guarantee* with priority correction if required.

Guarantee Conditions & Usage Limits

  • Eligible for one warranty correction per month.

  • Applies only to issues occurring under normal wear and daily activities.

  • Does not apply to intentional damage or misuse.

What is covered:

  • Premature lifting, chipping, cracking or peeling

  • Finish defects related to application (e.g. top coat failure)

What is not covered:

  • Intentional damage, picking or peeling the product, or using nails as tools

  • Damage caused by strong chemicals without protection (e.g. cleaning products)

  • Accidents or strong impacts, or services performed at another salon

  • Repeated no-shows or misuse of membership benefits

NACO reserves the right to assess each case fairly and provide the most appropriate correction solution.

 

5. PERKS & EXTRAS

  • Birthday perks, masks, massages, paraffin rituals, and other extras are non-transferable and must be redeemed within the membership period. 

  • “Bring-a-friend” Day is limited to 1 guest per VIP member, once per year. Guest services include mask and mini massage only. 

 

6. UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES

  • Members may upgrade their tier at any time. Unused credits and points are carried forward. 

  • Downgrades are not allowed during the active membership period. 

 

7. FAIR USE & TERMINATION

  • NACO reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without refund in cases of: Abuse of vouchers or cashback. 

  • Fraudulent registrations (duplicate emails/phone numbers). 

  • Misconduct, intentional damage, or inappropriate behavior. 

 

8. LIABILITY

  • NACO is not responsible for loss of membership cards, vouchers, or points due to misuse by the member. 

  • Accidental issues caused by NACO (system errors, staff mistakes) will be compensated with an appropriate voucher or complimentary service.

9. PRICING AND CURRENCY

  • All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed in Euros (€). If your payment method operates in another currency, your bank may apply exchange rates or additional fees.

  • The total amount payable will be clearly indicated before confirming your order or booking.
